3.What format of the file do you need if I want to do my own design?
For printing design, we need AI or editable PDF file for set up the print-plate.
We will make mock-up photo to send you for print details approve include color, size and position before real sample making.

4.What is your minimum order qty?
For the quantity we have stock, MOQ can be 1 case of each size.
Usually we have within 20 cases each size in stock.
If need customize logo, MOQ 1,000pcs per size.
we will offer the price correspond to your order quantity because shipping cost will change if order quantity different(more order quantity, better average cost for each cup).
