How to manufacture a vacuum insulated stainless steel bottle & flask ?
The processing of a vacuum insulated stainless steel bottle is complex, but below photo can help you understand it easily.
The Bottle Processing
A vacuum insulated bottle is made of double wall stainless steel, it has inner shell and outer shell.
The processing of inner shell and outer shell is similar. When finish all the procedure of inner shell and outer shell, then we need to combine them together as above photo.
Below is each procedure for your better understanding.
1. Copper Coating: copper coating on the inner wall enhancing heat preservation performance.
2. Welding: welding the mouth and bottom of inner wall and outer wall.
3. Vacuumizing: put the welded bottle into the vacuum equipment for 4 hours to make sure each bottle is 100% vacuum before it flows to next procedure.
4. Electrolysis: electrolysis process to create an inert layer on the surface of inner wall to make it good surface and not easy to get rust.

5. Polishing: polishing the bottle & flask to have a good quality surface.

6. Vacuum Test: second time to test vacuum function of stainless steel bottle & flask by a temperature test machine with 450℃.
7. Surface Treatment: different options for surface treatment, such as spray painting, powder coating, water transfer, air transfer, and heat transfer.
8. Customized Printing: customized printing with different methods, such as laser, embossing, silk screen, heat transfer print.
9. Inspection and Assembly: inspection, assembly with lids, gasket, sleeve, and gift box.
